That’s my biggest problem, lack of sleep . Only 4.5 hours a night.
I am 57 now and facing same issue since ever , 4-5 hours of sleep only !! what really helped you with your sleep ? and yes changing the insole of my shoes to have my body weight balanced over my feet helped with pain and meniscus tears on both
